Minimum rental is one day. Multi-day and weekly options are available.
Do you offer multi-day or weekly rental discounts?
Absolutely! Rentals of 3 days or more qualify for discounted rates.
Are your scooters suitable for all ages and body types?
Scooters are designed for adults and teens, with weight limits from 250 to 350 lbs depending on the model.
Can I use your scooter inside all theme parks?
Yes! Scooters are permitted in Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal, Island of Adventure and others.
Are your scooters allowed on Disney transportation?
Yes. They meet theme park accessibility guidelines for buses, monorails, and boats.
Where can I pick up and drop off the scooter?
We deliver to your hotel, resort, or vacation rental within a 15 mile radious of Disney Springs. Scooters are not delivered inside the parks.
Do you deliver to Disney resorts or nearby hotels?
Yes! We serve all Disney and Universal resorts.
What if my scooter battery dies inside the park?
Call our support line. We’ll dispatch assistance or a replacement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards and mobile payments. Payment is due at booking.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit for standard rentals, but a valid credit card is required for security.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your rental for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
Do you offer refunds for unused rental days?
No. We may consider under individual circumstances.
Is insurance or damage protection available?
Yes, optional coverage is available for a small fee.
How long does the battery last?
8–12 miles per charge—enough for a full day. Charge overnight.
Are the scooters easy to operate?
Very! We provide a quick tutorial upon delivery.
Do scooters have storage compartments?
Yes, all models include a front basket; some offer rear storage.
What if the scooter breaks down?
Call us immediately. We offer on-site service and quick replacements.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Support is available 7 AM–5 PM daily. Emergency assistance via office line.
Can I rent a scooter for a child or teen?
Scooters are for users 16+. For younger children, consider strollers or other aids.
Do you offer accessories like sunshades or rain covers?
Yes! Optional accessories include sun canopies, rain covers, and cup holders.
Can I attach a stroller or carry-on to the scooter?
Strollers cannot be attached. Small bags can be stored in the basket.
